Monitoring usually trails by about five minutes. Billing export updates on Google’s billing schedule and can lag by several hours.
Google-wide scope
Monitoring is for project —. Free caps and billing are aggregated across the billing account, so the Google view is intentionally the same on each Mochi Maps environment.
